Over 75 participating retailers along New York City’s famed Madison Avenue between 57th and 86th Streets will donate 20% of the day’s sales to The Children’s Aid Society’s health services.
What is Miracle?
Miracle on Madison Avenue is a New York City holiday tradition that brings together a caring community of shoppers and merchants to help children who depend on the vital health care services of The Children’s Aid Society.
The 23rd Annual Miracle on Madison Avenue will be held on Sunday, December 6th, 2009. Miracle 2009 will be a day of shopping and entertainment for guests of all ages.
We invite Madison Avenue retailers to participate in Miracle 2009 by donating 20% of their sales on December 6th and so far over 75 stores have signed up!!
Shopping at NYC's premier boutiques isn't the only thing Miracle on Madison Avenue has to offer. You can also enjoy special Miracle Activities in the Hospitality Tent on Madison Avenue and 69th Street and the CBS-FM Radio Tent on Madison Avenue and 71st Street.
This year there will be delicious food tastings in the Hospitality Tent courtesy of The Carlyle Restaurant and complentary giveaways courtesy of Glowelle Beauty Supplement Drinks, M&M's Brand Premiums Chocolate Candies, Mini Babybel Cheese and more.
You can purchase unique holiday cards designed by kids and festive wreaths. You can also enjoy the sights and sounds of live musical performances. The schedule is:
1 p.m. - The Pipes of Christmas, presented by the Clan Currie Society
2 p.m. - The Labor of Love Ensemble
3 p.m. - COBU, Inc.
4 p.m. - Figgy Puddynge
All participants will be listed in an invitation mailed to 50,000 people, in the Miracle media sponsor’s ads and at www.childrensaidsociety.org. Retailers will also receive promotional materials for display and extra invitations.
